Unleashed is a full-service digital agency delivering technology-driven, multi-channel MarTech web solutions. We are looking for a Web Designer to join our creative team. The Designer will work closely with strategists, project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver beautiful, modern, conversion oriented wed designs.

What you’ll do

  • Design website mockups to present to clients
  • Align design work with established brand guidelines and narratives
  • Ensure the design process is organized and effective from start to finish
  • Preform design QA rounds and document needed changes
  • Work with design team lead to continually hone design approach and processes
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, developers and digital strategists
  • Present design comps and concepts to both internal and client stakeholder teams
  • Make revisions to designs and prototypes incorporating client and staff feedback

What you’ll need to be successful in this role  

  • 3+ yrs experience in agency side web design
  • Strong technical skills in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop and Adobe XD
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HTML/CSS, Content Management Systems, and web development practices
  • A strong portfolio that displays creativity and technical ability
  • Knowledge of website layout and usability
  • Creativity with problem solving and work output
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and identify and work around obstacles
  • Ability to work with our diverse and geographically-dispersed team and clients
  • Ability to take constructive feedback well
  • A love for marketing, technology and innovation
