What You'll Do

Our Vice President of Sales is responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, generating new business, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing our services to generate leads. Leadership is key as your sales team will look to your for mentorship and support. 

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop sales plans and strategies to generate new business to meet sales goals. 
  • Continue reviewing the sales processes for improvements
  • Manage key client relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners to develop key relationships
  • Review client activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve client satisfaction
  • Provide reporting and accurate sales forecasting
  • Train, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Advise proactively and dissect business models and opportunities quickly

We need an individual with strong leadership skills who can drive company success. We are looking for you to drive strategic direction, have in-depth knowledge of the market, and have strong communication skills

We know people are so much more than their resume-but to make sure you're set up for success in this role, we are looking for:

  • 7 - 10 years in the digital agency space acquiring new clients, building solutions, and client management
  • Sales experience in digital website and web app building in manufacturing, healthcare, and/or education
  • Strong technology background and an understanding of web-based solutions 
  • Working knowledge of PHP-based technologies including Drupal, WordPress, Symfony, and Adobe Commerce
  • Working knowledge of rising B2B eCommerce platforms
  • Working knowledge of leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms  
  • Experience managing a high-functioning and focused sales team 
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and problem solve 
  • Ability to connect with people on a personal and professional level
