Throughout her career, Nichole has always strived to create experiences for others. Although she started her journey in marketing and event planning, she found her way to user experience where she has been able to create websites that allow people to be part of a community.
By leveraging various research methods, designing thoughtful information architectures, crafting content strategies, and producing actionable analytics plans, Nichole’s work has helped both users and website management teams accomplish their goals.
Over the years, she has developed a deep knowledge of the higher education, cultural institution, and healthcare industries. She also has a passion for web accessibility and finding unique ways to represent the character of any organization.
Nichole graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a BBA in Marketing and Information Systems. She is also a Baltimore Venture for America Alumni. Outside of work, Nichole serves as the Program Manager for the Baltimore Dance Crew Project and is the Children’s Ministry Coordinator for the Village Church Station North.
