As Director of Finance at Unleashed, Meghanne Haran has steered the company’s finances during a period of growth and profitability, while also driving the adoption of more mature accounting and budgeting processes Additionally, Meghanne was central to providing financial transparency to Linc Partner in its acquisition of Unleashed in November of 2019.

With more than a decade of financial management experience, Meghanne has also been central to the adoption of technologies and modernized processes for Unleashed’s day-to-day operations. She also spearheaded the company’s transition to the use of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Prior to joining Unleashed, she served as Chief Financial Officer of a hair salon. She earned that role after working through a variety of roles, from operations to customer service, at the family-owned business.

A graduate of Salisbury University, she studied Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and found her love of all things analytical. Outside of Unleashed, Meghanne lets her creative side show through scrapbooking, crocheting, and other outlets. She also enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and playing video games.
