Senior Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solutions Architect, Chad constructs and pitches innovative solutions to prospective clients. Part of his role includes working closely with our current clients to solve problems and provide new solutions to more complex obstacles. Along with education from the University of Maryland and multiple certifications, Chad brings two decades of digital experience, including work in journalism, non-profits, associations, corporate, healthcare, start-ups, and federal and municipal clients. He is a seasoned storyteller and puzzle solver, with experience in all the steps of the digital transformation process. He enjoys finding innovative, logical solutions that balance technology with organizational goals.

Chad attended the University of Maryland College Park, where he earned a B.A. in English. He also holds a certification from the Knight Digital Media Center’s News Entrepreneur Boot Camp and from Shipley Associates for Capturing Federal Business. Chad was recently a part of two award-winning hospital website teams: a Healthcare Provider Standard of Excellence Award from the Web Marketing Association and a W3 Award. He was also a frequent contributor to various industry-specific tech blogs, most notably MediaPost Marketing: Health.

In his free time, Chad conjures digital solutions for friends and good causes. He is a digital advisor to the non-profit Women’s Business Collaborative and is the newsletter director (and occasional interviewer) for a podcasting startup. He recently finished an eight-year stint on the board of directors for Maryland Media. He is also a big tennis and college basketball fan and thinks everyone should read Andre Agassi’s autobiography, Open.
