Rocket-ship showing growth

Unleashed President Michael Spinosa joined the popular podcast “Built to Sell” to talk with host John Warrillow about the Unleashed difference and how it drives business and the clients we support.

The theme and title of Spinosa’s interview with Warrillow is “How to Package Your Services into a Product.” Unleashed exemplifies this strategy in the positioning of our Growth Model which provides clients with agility, flexibility, and cost certainty while aligning with their organizational goals.

During the interview, Spinosa characterized Unleashed as a “very average” digital and web development agency when it first began. Then in 2009, the company’s solution services shifted toward the Growth Model and rebranded support services as the Growth Package offering clients digital talent in “dosages” that fit their needs. This philosophy allowed Unleashed to differentiate itself from other digital agencies and focus on developing long-term relationships with our clients. The approach sparked the expansion of the company, which saw 20-percent annual growth and more than 90-precent client retention.

During the podcast, Michael shares how these long-term client relationships and annual billing enable us to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic with relative ease. Unleashed can budget business needs with recurring income, while our clients can count on working with their dedicated Unleashed team members at the responsiveness they have come to expect. Our model also gives our clients peace of mind as it enables them to switch services to what they need at when they need it.

Warrillow launched the podcast after the release of his best-selling book, “Built to Sell: Creating a Business That Can Thrive Without You,” which was recognized by both Fortune and Inc. Magazine as one of the best business books of 2011. In 2015, John wrote another best-selling book, “The Automatic Customer: Creating A Subscription Business in Any Industry.”
