When creating custom software Unleashed Technologies takes a unique approach broken down into five distinct phases:

1. Collection/Discovery Phase: A solutions architect speaks with you about your project and the goals you intend to achieve with technology integration. We meet with all people involved in the process from the top down including executives, division heads, and then staff charged with executing in place processes on a day to day basis. Once a thorough analysis is completed, a full scope of work is created and sent to your firm for review and approval to move forward.
2. Design Phase: The design phase consists of working with the intuitive interface and the general flow of your web application. Focuses are spent in database architecture design, intuitive interface, and work case scenarios that help build an easy to use system for the team.
3. Implementation Phase: The Unleashed Technologies team will be working diligently on bringing the first prototype of your web application to fruition. During this process, your company will be hands on with key updates and iterative phases that allow for you to make sure you have a firm handle on the progress and know where we stand in terms of estimate timelines created within the discovery phase.
4. Testing Phase: Testing will begin internally with Unleashed Technologies staff ensuring that all major bugs are worked out of the system. Our quality assurance program ensures that once the application is released into the second phase of testing, the chance of major issues occurring is drastically reduced.
5. Production Phase: The new web application is fully deployed and rolled-out to all users authorized to access the system within your organization. Unleashed Technologies staff will be on standby for the first week of production use and if necessary will offer training on how to get the most out of your new web application.
