Background
Founded in 2000 in Atlanta, GA, Search Wizards began as a premier provider of Contract talent to Atlanta-based clients. As our reputation in the Southeast grew, we received requests for Outsourced Recruitment Services from large national clients looking to supplement and enhance their recruitment function. Our experienced consultants have applied their industry expertise and experiences to develop and implement world class Recruitment and Sourcing Strategies for our Fortune 500 and Emerging Growth Clients. We work with our clients as an extension of their current process to source, recruit, manage and motivate their talent through our Selective RPO services.
Challenge
SearchWizards had a pre-existing and mostly unfinished website that didn’t reflect the level of success the company had achieved over the course of the past several years. Owned by Leslie O’Connor the staffing and recruiting firm focused particularly in “sourcing”, had been named by Entrepreneur magazine as top 25 two years in a row amongst many other local accolades to the state of Georgia.
SearchWizards needed an identity refresh in line with their current branding and a new website to reflect the level of success they had achieved over the course of many years.
Solution
Unleashed Technologies, LLC put together a game plan that addressed the need for an identity refresh and a new web presence that reflected the success of the company. Both would be done succinctly in the interest of time as a new web presence was a rush priority for SearchWizards. The site would use impactful imagery and offer a simple but concise presence for answering the questions and building the credibility needed with existing and future clientele.
Results
At the end of the website roll-out and identity refresh SearchWizards had a new look and feel that was exactly in line with what their current and future would expect from such a successful “sourcing” firm. In the web presence we brought direct attention to the accolades and key staff over at SearchWizards. Awards included Inc. 500, Catalyst, Entrepreneur Magazine, and the Women Presidents Organization. Due to a best practices roll-out the company received an immediate boost in both search and direct traffic. The final product included:
