Rachel Bair came to Unleashed Technologies in 2009.   She specializes in client education and services in the areas of emerging technologies, VoIP communications platforms, physical and virtual infrastructure, and data center colocation services.  Rachel has been working with clients in these arenas for over seven years, and specializes in helping them to architect customized solutions focused  on their individual company needs, budget, and future goals.

As director of Client Services, Rachel has been successful in significantly increasing Unleashed Technologies' client base in just a few years.  She has increased sales productivity and continues to excel with clients’ satisfaction rates and retention.  She has been instrumental in the success of division expansions that Unleashed Technologies has taken on in the last few years.
