Charles Mullers

As early as Chuck can remember, he took every computer-related class available, starting off with BASIC and working up to Pascal. Chuck attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston where he studied Computer Science.  During Wentworth’s CO-OP Program he was hired on full time as an NT Administrator at Instruction Set and has worked in the IT industry ever since.

Chuck has worked with Enterprise Hosting for the last 10 years.  Starting off at Digex, now Verizon Business, he managed the Network Operations Center (NOC). There, he managed alert flow and performed mid-tier troubleshooting on customer servers and Verizon infrastructure ranging from NT to Unix as well as Cisco routers and switches.  During mass outages, he communicated alert information with other departments and notified management and effected clients of the outage.  After working in the NOC for 5 years, Chuck was promoted to Monitoring Implementations where it configured monitoring for Servers and Network Devices using Sitescope, NetIQ, and HP Open View. 

Currently, Chuck performs a wide range of services at Unleashed, including: Help Desk troubleshooting, NT Administration, Network Management, and VoIP.
