Mike and his team have taken over a web site that was limping along, with an extensive list of problems and a weak design. They jumped into the task and are rapidly disposing of issues that had...

Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a programmer of skill and taste...
My name is Paul Jessup, and I'm new to the Unleashed Technologies team. Let's just say I'm beyond excited to work with such a talented group of people, and can't wait to put my 10+ years of professional programming experience to the grindstone. They're using a lot of cutting edge web technologies to do some great things, and I'm really looking forward to dancing on the razor's edge of progress while creating some great looking websites with cool functionality.
My first day of work was a really productive one, with my Atari Pitfall t-shirt being a huge success. I felt like I was a member of the team right away, and got started coding the minute I could. Everyone made me feel right at home, and it was great being able to mentally click with a bunch of awesome people right away. The atmosphere at work was more creative than I'd ever experienced, and that spurned on my own creativity and helped me think fast and light when coming up with new ways to tackle some sticky problems.
Another thing I'm thrilled about is working on bringing some offline magazines to the web. One of my favorite hobbies is being a science fiction and fantasy writer, and it's great to have my two passions (PHP programming and working on magazines) collide in such a cool manner.
Some Personal Information:
I hail from Erie, PA, and until now I've spent my entire life next to a giant lake in the frozen north. The long voyage south was an interesting adventure in itself, and I found the beauty of the mountains way outweighed the speldour of the giant body water. Not to mention how exciting it will be to not have to dig my way out of a snow hill every morning to get to work. I used to live right in the snow belt, and I swore there were Frost Giants living down the street from my house. If it were any colder, we'd have to worry about Viking Invasions.
All kidding aside, the move seems to be a very good one, and I'm already starting to feel right at home in Maryland.
Paul Jessup cut his programming teeth at a young age, programming text adventures for the TRS-180 Color Computer. After he caught the coding bug, he learned whatever programming language he could get his hands on, from C to ASM and then...
